Your customized workout will be a balanced plan built around you. Your plan is designed to include a mix of strength, cardio, mobility workouts, and nutrition coaching that adapt to your progress. This well-rounded approach promotes overall well-being, while preventing injury and burn out with both our in studio or Fit4Life online personal training.
ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER
When you’re accountable to someone other than yourself, you’re far less likely to skip workouts. As an online fitness coach or your personal trainer, we know when to push you past self-imposed limits. Working as your personal trainer, we have the intuition to know exactly what you need to reach your goals in your exercise program, and add a little flexibility when needed.
VIRTUAL TRAINING FLEXIBILITY
Virtual training with your Fit4Life personal trainer provides easy access and extreme flexibility. Your workouts will be customized to meet your equipment accessibility wherever you may be. Whether you have a few dumbbells or resistance bands at home, a full gym at the office or just bodyweight in a hotel room, we can make it work for you.
With Fit4Life online personal training, the gym and the personal training experience comes to you -- your home, the park, hotel or anywhere in between. You will be able to reach your goals with the simple click of your laptop or phone.
CONSULTATIONS
If you choose the in person or online personal training path, we always start your fitness journey and our partnership together with an initial consultation. Consultations include the following:

UNDERSTAND GOALS: We identify health, nutrition, and fitness goals for your weight loss and/or muscle building

FITNESS HISTORY: We discuss your fitness and/or sports background and the longevity of your exercising

MEDICAL HISTORY: We uncover your medical history including any injuries or surgeries that we need to know when building your balanced program

PERSONAL PREFERENCES: We discover your workout preferences to understand whether overall fitness/wellness including strength/ metabolic training, sports specific and yoga/pilates or functional training is better for you. This also includes where you'll be working out and any equipment that you have access to.

No matter if you’re in-studio personal training or virtual-personal training your customized workout program will never consists of a “one-size-fits-all” workout approach. As your personal trainer or online coach, we will take into account all the information discussed during the consultation.
We'll create an effective and safe fitness plan for you that will dramatically decrease your chances of getting bored, burned out or injured during your fitness journey -- and immensely improve your chances for success!
